A Colorado Springs Police officer has stepped down amid accusations he forced young men to pose for pictures.

Officer Charles "Chip" Broshous is suspected of using his badge to force men to pose bare-chested.

Investigators found about 100 photos of topless men in his home.

Broshous plead guilty to misdemeanor official misconduct and resigned from the department in November.
