Twelve brothers of a CU fraternity will have their day in court for the drinking death of Lynn Gordon Bailey.
Boulder police cited the 12 members of the Chi Psi fraternity with summons Friday.
Bailey and 26 other Chi Psi pledges were forced to drink whiskey and wine as part of initiation on September 16.
Bailey passed out later that night at the frat house and was found dead the next morning with a blood alcohol level of 0.328.
The twelve will appear in court on February 16.
