When it comes to your cellphone, two recent surveys say many of you are wasting your time. And you're paying for it.
The studies find 41 percent of cellphone customers use fewer than 200 anytime minutes per month. Most basic plans start at 250 or 300 minutes per month.
Seventy-eight percent of all minutes go unused.
The surveys find only six percent of customers adequately use up all their minutes.
Solutions? Find a carrier who allows you to roll over any unused minutes or buy into a prepaid calling plan.
