More trouble when it comes to the nation's flu vaccine shortage and it's hitting home.
State health officials are concerned the shortage will mean no vaccinations even for some of the state's high-risk patients.
Local clinics say their supplies are already running low. A survey of 50 nursing homes finds only 4 percent of the elderly have received vaccinations. Ten thousand shots have been ordered but only 400 have been received and administered.
Last year, 12 children died in the state and nearly 13 thousand people reported being sick.
