Hearing Delayed

(Seattle-AP) -- A detention hearing for terrorism suspect James Ujaama has been rescheduled for September 24th in federal court in Seattle.

It had originally been scheduled for Monday.

Ujaama has been in custody since his arrest in Denver on July 22nd. A federal grand jury in Seattle indicted Ujaama last month on charges of conspiring to help al-Qaida set up a terrorist training camp in Oregon. He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment before a federal magistrate last Monday.

Ujaama's trial is set for November fourth. If convicted, he faces 25 years in prison.
