A male fan rushed on stage and tried to grab Justin Bieber while the pop star was performing a concert in Dubai.
According to local newspaper The National, 19-year-old Bieber was sitting at a piano on Sunday when the young man rushed the stage at the Sevens Stadium.
Security guards quickly tackled the fan and Bieber was able to escape to the side of the stage. The piano got turned over during the scuffle.
"All is fine," Bieber's rep told E! News. "A man ran on stage during 'Believe' and tried to grab Justin and knocked the piano over. He was a fan. Security detained the young man. All was fine and Justin continued the show."
The National reports that after taking a three-minute break, Bieber returned to the stage for an encore, finishing the show with his hits "Boyfriend" and "Baby."
Thomas Ovesen, an executive at Done Events, told the paper: "A young fan desperate to meet his idol did make his way on stage, but was immediately removed and Justin professionally continued with his show. As far as we know no further action has been taken against the youth."
Bieber later tweeted: "Dubai. Nothing stops the show. 2 more to go."
