PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) -- Officials in the small Colorado mountain town of Creede are hoping set construction for a Lone Ranger movie will bring more jobs and workers.
The small town has signed a contract with the film's production company, clearing the way for the start of set construction and an influx of workers.
According to the Pueblo Chieftain, the remake will feature Johnny Depp. This will be the first major studio production in the valley since parts of the 1994 movie "Wyatt Earp" were filmed in Conejos County.
