New enhanced parental controls could allow kids under 13 to have Facebook.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Facebook is developing special features for kids' pages. The technology would allow parents to control who their kids "friend" and what applications they can use.
Many say it's time to put a plan like this in place because many kids are already lying about their age to use Facebook.
