Authorities say a body found in a shallow grave near a mall in Ohio is that of a missing man who answered a Craigslist ad that police say lured victims into a deadly robbery scheme.
The family of 47-year-old Timothy Kern of Massillon says he'd been missing for more than a week and it was out of character for him not to be in touch.
The Summit County Medical Examiner's office said Saturday that Kern died from gunshot wounds to the head.
The discovery of Kern's body Friday came just hours before the sheriff of Noble County announced the discovery of another body there, the second found in Noble County and presumably related to the phony ad.
Two suspects are in custody.
