Why The Video Looks Shaky (Don Ward)
Updated: 7:06 PM - We did a quick helicopter tour of the Black Forest burn area. Someone asked why the video looks shaky.
Winter means cold and flu season. Both can slow you down, but how do you know which is which?
Let's start with the symptoms of a cold. This is from web m-d. You'll notice a runny nose, congestion and a sore throat. It may even lead to a cough. But these symptoms only last a few days. And they're mild compared to what you'll experience when you have the flu.
When you have the flu, you'll notice those same symptoms as you do with a cold. But you'll also have a fever, headache, body aches, chills and fatigue. This is according to www.flu.gov.
Keep in mind, we are right in the middle of flu season. Local doctors tell us it can last until May. So watch for these symptoms. And to keep yourself healthy, wash your hands frequently and most importantly... get your flu shot. The seasonal flu shot and the H1N1 flu shot are two different vaccinations. The CDC recomments that you get them both.
