New Research Shows Not All Kids Need Vitamins

Researchers say about a third of U-S children and teens take vitamins.

But most probably don't need them.

A report found the majority of kids taking the pills are healthy and active.

But kids who eat poorly and are mostly likely to benefit from vitamins rarely get them.
