Blood Sugar Spikes Can Affect Memory

Spikes in blood sugar can take a toll on the brain.

That’s what a new study has shown.

Researchers discovered rising blood sugar levels affect a part of the brain critical to learning and memory.

Doctors suggest keeping the problem under control with exercise.
