Updated: 12/12/2013 - I finally did my pull up!!! It was a New Year’s Resolution that took me ALL YEAR! But I did it.
We’ve all heard the importance of eating whole grains.
And there is new information that it can help reduce the risk of heart failure. But if you eat high-fat dairy, it does just the opposite.
A new study shows each serving of whole grains may lessen heart failure risk by seven percent. But each serving of high-fat dairy or egg appears to increase the risk by 8 to 23 percent.
The author of the study says the occasional egg won’t hurt.
But a high-fat diet can spell trouble down the road.
