There’s more evidence that sleeping too little or even too much may be bad for your heart.

Researchers studied 58-thousand men and women without heart disease.

Those who slept less than 5 hours… or more than 9 hours… were much more likely to die from cardiovascular disease over the next few years. This compared to those who logged 7 hours s night.
