Video Games Benefit Your Brain

Researchers studied adults in their 60’s and 70’s and found after playing a strategy-based video game, they improved their scores on cognitive function tests.

The results on memory and reasoning tests improved after a month of playing.

It’s unknown how long the benefits may last or if all strategic games would have the same effect.
