New Benefit of Eating Nuts

One way to reduce the risk of heart disease is to eat nuts.

Researchers say eating a handful of nuts a day, along with a Mediterranean diet rich in fruit, vegetables and fish could undo a collection of risk factors for heart disease.

But experts caution too many nuts, along with the typical high calorie American diet, could lean to weight gain.
