The county commissioner who's part of an 11 Call For Action investigation says she won't answer our questions for now.
Wednesday Pueblo County Commissioner Buffie McFadyen was back at work.
We've been trying to talk to her since we first showed you dash cam video from a night in January where a Pueblo County deputy said she and the head of the Pueblo County Democrats were drunk.
The car was parked. They were not ticketed and were able to call for a ride home.
McFadyen calls it "The night that nothing happened."
Wednesday morning she said, "There was no preferential treatment as said by the sheriff. No wrong doing as said by the district attorney of Pueblo County--and I'm optimistic that the district attorney in Colorado Springs will concur that there was no wrong doing on the night that didn't happen."
McFadyen says she won't comment until the district attorney reviews the case.
