CONCORD, N.H. (AP) -- Wednesday has been a good day for Rick Perry. But the Texas governor probably needs more than one good day to revive a presidential campaign stuck in neutral.

Perry faces new questions about a staff shakeup, fundraising struggles, and criticism from New Hampshire's largest newspaper. And staffers privately acknowledge internal finger pointing.

But on Wednesday, Perry delivered a booming speech to the New Hampshire House of Representatives. He was interrupted several times by applause.

Republican lawmakers say Perry looked and sounded like a president. They also say it may not be enough to persuade them to support his presidential bid.

The Texan has stumbled badly in recent debates. Earlier this week, he told New Hampshire students the voting age was 21 instead of 18.
