Colorado voters will decide whether to raise taxes to help give schools educational upgrades.

It would be a billion dollars worth of upgrades.

The Colorado Secretary of State announced Wednesday that almost 90 thousand signatures put the proposal on the November ballot. If passed, Colorado income taxes would increase less than half a percent to five percent.

The proposal would reform early childhood education classes, plus it would sink dollars into kids learning English and students who have disabilities.
