Colorado is getting some extra attention from President Barack Obama and his Republican challengers this week as both sides try to attract key swing voters as Election Day nears.

Obama is scheduled to speak at a rally at Denver's City Park on Wednesday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan will rally supporters in Colorado Springs on Sunday evening and is scheduled to be at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction on Monday to watch Obama and GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney in their last presidential debate.

On Tuesday night, Romney will join Ryan for a rally at the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre, a day after early voting at polling places begins. Voting by mail is already under way.
