We all know arguments are expected at a rally. But apparently one between Attorney General John Suthers and a supporter of a ballot issue went too far.

A criminal complaint has been filed on Suthers over an alleged confrontation. Robert Trucker of Safe Streets Colorado says Suthers took his hand and pushed Trucker's camera down toward the ground, then poked him in the chest at a rally in Loveland.

Suthers campaign spokesman Andrew Cole says the two spoke, but there was no physical altercation.
