Republican John McCain is headed to New Hampshire and New York City Thursday. The GOP presidential candidate holds town hall-style meetings in both cities.
Next week, McCain heads north of the border to Canada to give a speech about free trade. His presence and subject matter are bound to revive the controversy over the North American Free Trade Agreement that engulfed his Democratic rival, Barack Obama, earlier this year.
Obama's sincerity was called into question last March after the leak of a Canadian diplomatic memo. According to the memo obtained by The Associated Press, it was suggested that Canada shouldn't take Obama's position to renegotiate NAFTA seriously.
Obama campaigns Thursday in Wisconsin.
