Hillary Clinton is hoping another appearance on a comedy show will give her a boost in Pennsylvania.

The Democratic presidential candidate will make her first appearance on Comedy Central's "The Colbert Report" on Thursday. Both Clinton and Steven Colbert have come to Pennsylvania ahead of the state's key Democratic primary next Tuesday.

Barack Obama also is in Pennsylvania, but has thus far declined the mock pundit's invitation. Obama's wife, Michelle, will appear on the show tonight.

MSNBC's Chris Matthews spilled the beans about Clinton's appearance Monday night on his show and someone close to Colbert's show later confirmed the news.

Clinton appeared on "Saturday Night Live" earlier in the year.
