A man who could be your next president was in Colorado Springs on Friday.
Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee spoke with a group of supporters in front of Focus on the Family.
He was in the Springs campaigning and visiting his old friend Doctor James Dobson of Focus on the Family.
"We have a relationship on a personal level that dates back 14 years", said Huckabee.
Supporters who came to listen watched him in awe. "He comes across as very real", said Daniel Josepholt. Josepholt is about to turn 18. He'll be going to the polls for the first time in his life this year and says Huckabee already has his vote.
Colorado has 46 delegates at stake and Huckabee is hoping to win them all.
Even though McCain is leading Huckabee in the primaries, Huckabee believes he still has a solid chance of winning.
"Just because a few states voted for McCain doesn't mean everybody supports McCain", said Carrie Holt.
It's been a long 14 months for Huckabee. He says it's been that long since he's had a day to himself.
