A man armed with a screwdriver steals cash and cigarettes from a convenience store in Colorado City. Now investigators are hoping you recognize the thief.
The robbery happened May 21, around 3:48 a.m. at a convenience store on the 4400 block of Highway 165.
The store clerk says the thief entered the store earlier that night, and then returned with the screwdriver, threatening the employee. The suspect, a white man in his early twenties wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, got away with an unknown amount of cash and cigarettes.
If you recognize the thief, you're asked to call the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office at (719)583-6250 or Crime Stoppers in Pueblo area at (719)542-STOP.
