In some (SOME) cases I can see giving someone a 2nd chance. But when they have acquired the title of sexually violent predator, that alone should be a hint this person doesn't need to be back out in the general public. How many times are we going to release this guy in the future? How many more people does he need to hurt before someone finally says that enough is enough? If you know you can't possibly help them change their ways, why must the tax payers continue funding his existence? Why this state refuses to employ the death penalty is beyond me. Load the needle. My conscience won't bother me a bit to push the plunger.

Sexually violent predators NEVER change their ways. It is only a matter of time before they strike again. They are violent and sexual domination gives them their "high". I say throw them in prison and throw the key away before they destroy someone elses life...again.
