Robbery At UMB Bank In SW Springs

Police are investigating a robbery at the UMB Bank on the southwest side of Colorado Springs.

Police tell 11 News the robbery happened around 11:20 a.m. Wednesday at the UMB Bank at Highway 115 and Cheyenne Mountain Boulevard.

The following suspect descriptions were released Wednesday afternoon. Police say there were two suspects:

First suspect: black male, 5-foot-6 and 160 pounds, possibly in his 20s. Wearing heavy coat, face concealed.

Second suspect: black male, 5-foot-11, 220 pounds. Also wearing a heavy coat, face covered.

The suspects reportedly left the scene in a tan four-door vehicle, unknown make and model. It was reported stolen from a shopping center on Southgate Tuesday.

Witnesses told police the robbers didn't appear to have any weapons.
