Pueblo police are looking for the public's help in locating the man believed to be responsible for the theft of more than $580 worth of cigarettes.

According to police, the suspect walked into JR's Country Store on the morning of April 3 and made a bee-line for the back of the store, where he picked up 11 cartons of cigarettes and walked out, cigarettes hidden under his jacket.

Police also believe the suspect was involved in a similar theft on January 4 of this year.

The suspect is described as a white male with a thin trimmed beard, wearing a blue jacket, jeans and black shoes at the time of the April 3 theft.

Anyone with information is asked to call Pueblo Crime Stoppers at 542-STOP.
