Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
Police are investigating a robbery at a convenience store on the 3000 block of Jetwing Drive, near Hancock Expressway.
Colorado Springs police tell 11 News that the clerk was hospitalized after being attacked and hit in the head during the robbery. The suspect got away with a number of products from Kwik Way, but it is unclear if the crook got away with cash.
Police don't know if the suspect was a man or a woman, and they don't have a description of what the suspect looks like. The robbery occurred around 8 p.m. Sunday.
The clerk was released from the hospital around 11 p.m.
Anyone with information on this robbery is asked to contact police, or call Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP.
