This may be the same man who the police caught out side my home. I say this because its the same area and he is 6'2" and he can look in windows and you can still see his whole head. Even tho I caught him he STAYED just like the guy who struck CC. (look for boot prints in the dirt around where he was standing - we matched his boots right on the scene) He was peeping on me, got caught and for some reason the case was dismissed because I was literally 3 minutes late for 9am court- got caught up behind a slow poke in the line downstairs and it took 15 minutes to get thru. The first case (mine- how they chose to start with my case without even calling me is beyond me)Even after he got caught in my neighborhood some other women around (bolder and Institute) complained of a peeping tom but didnt call the police. So he got off scott free and lives around there. I had to move since that is scary and Im a single mom. He violated my privacy, ruined my sense of security, made me paranoid and I HAD to move so it cost me more than $1,200. The mask suggests he is improving his technique.

If CC's Security Department wasn't so busy being a taxi service for drunk and stoned students they may have the opportunity to catch this guy or prevent it in the first place.

My wife said that if this guy flashed his works at her she would laugh at him.

@CC.....hopefully you and others realize we're dealing with two completely different things here. This guy has stepped up or escalated his fantasy life to reality. When that happens, there is usually going to be more escalation....and we don't know what that's going to be - sexual assault, grabbing a kid? Interesting enough, we did have a guy try to lure a 10 yr. old girl into a car not more than a couple miles away. I hope the police are as concerned about all of this as we all should be.

Its a fact that people who have violent tendencies and who do not respect others personal rights will escalate. Peeping is a prelude to breaking in. He already has an issue with respecting privacy and his perversions. He thought a lot about peeping before he ever did it and he will think about raping before he ever does it. He needs caught and put into therapy before this gets worse!

There is always much exposure around that college. I remember once, families were walking on the walking path in MVP near the college and a bunch of college other team players were wizzing near that path, on the college playing field little we-wes waving in the wind. Exposure is nothing new to CC.

cancer is all over the place too, so should it be tolerated or dealt with? I bet if the pressure was put on the dean of the little harvard of the west and associated some responsibility the atmosphere would change. Personally if I see this guy he'll get a knuckle ball via nearest rock
