Police Looking for Subway Restaurant Robber

Colorado Springs police are looking for a man who robbed a Subway restaurant at about 8:15 a.m. Tuesday. It happened at the Subway on the 600 block of North Murray, near Platte Avenue.

Witnesses inside the store tell police that the robber indicated that he had a weapon, but no weapon was ever seen. The crook got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police say the suspect ran east away from the store after the robbery.

The suspect is described as a hispanic male, about 19 or 20 years old. He was wearing a blue sweatshirt and tan pants. The suspect has a tattoo on his neck with cursive writing.
