A Walmart employee was able to thwart an attempt by two suspects to shoplift an entire cart full of items, but the suspects still managed to get away with a DVD player and a 150 ounce bottle of Tide.

Pueblo police are now looking for the suspects.

According to police, a loss prevention employee saw the two suspects leaving the store without paying and confronted them. As a struggle out between the employee and the male suspect, the female suspect grabbed a DVD player from the cart and ran away. The male suspect managed to get away with the bottle of Tide.

Police say the incident took place on September 28 at the Walmart on the 4200 block of Dillon. Anyone with information is asked to call Pueblo Crime Stoppers at 542-STOP.
