The family of a woman wanted out of Fremont County says she's turned herself in, but the Fremont County Sheriff's Office says that's not the case.
The Sheriff's Office looked through records and says all warrants for 28-year-old Jamie Nelson are still active. She was also not on the jail roster, and there is no indication that she ever was there and just bonded out.
Capt. Don Pinover says as far as Fremont County is concerned, she is still wanted.
Authorities asked for help Monday to find 28 year-old Jamie Nelson.
Nelson is wanted for felony theft, check fraud and trespassing.
