In a photo sent to 11 News, the damage to the glass door on the left is visible along with a couple of window panes missing.
The Apple Store remains closed again Tuesday, two days after crooks drove through the front windows to gain access to the electronics inside.
When employees first stumbled upon the shattered glass outside the Apple Store Sunday morning, some wondered if an explosion had gone off.
"There was glass for 40 feet all the way around the front of the store," Joshua, who works at a nearby store at the Promenade Shops at Briargate shopping center, told 11 News.
The store alarm went off around 1 a.m. Sunday. By the time Joshua arrived for work a few hours later, he said the store was completely trashed. Police have not released an exact number of items stolen.
"The tables were moved or broken and almost falling apart...they did a number on the inside of the store.
"It seems like this was very calculated because they obviously knew when to come here, when the security would not be around," Joshua added.
Tire tracks were still visible on the sidewalk outside the store, allowing police to quickly deduce what happened.
Some shoppers Sunday, not knowing about the crime, were confused to see the storefront boarded up.
"When I first saw that I thought, 'maybe they went out of business,' and I'm saying 'Apple can't go out of business!'" shopper Kira Schmidt said.
Police are now waiting to look at surveillance video to get a description of the suspect or suspects and the car they used for this crime.
If you know anything about this burglary, call Springs police at 444-7000 or Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP.
It's unknown how long the store will be closed.
