Kinslow is hoping her son Tommy's murderer is caught. She gathered at a Moms of Murdered Youth Rally in Colorado Springs.
A mother hopes her son's killer is caught. She gathered with other families of murdered children outside the district attorney's office in Colorado Springs on Thursday, April 25.
It's National Victim's Rights Week, and they want to remind people about their unsolved cases.
Pam Kinslow says she's desperate for whoever killed Tommy in 2005 to be caught.
"Tommy's birthday was the 9th of April," she told us. "He would have been 28. We still think of him as 20, because that's how old he was."
20 year old Tommy Kinslow was killed outside his family's home near Constitution and Academy in Colorado Springs.
If you know anything about his murder, call springs police.
