Police are looking for a man who threatened a shuttle driver after refusing to pay his fare.
The suspect had the shuttle driver take him from the Denver International Airport to a 7-11 on 3877 Astrozon Blvd. in Colorado Springs, where he told the driver he would get money to pay him for the ride. The suspect went inside, made a purchase and then walked away from the store.
The driver followed him, intent on getting his payment. Once the suspect realized the driver was after him, he turned around and threatened the driver, who then opted against attempting to get his money, and instead called police. The suspect ran away from the scene northbound on South Academy Boulevard.
The suspect has been described as being a Caucasian man between 25 and 30 years old. He is 5-foot-6 or maybe an inch taller, medium build and either a bald or shaved head. He was wearing jeans and a black t-shirt with “Texas” written across the front.
