Pueblo Police need your help in locating a man wanted in the violent stabbing of a 21-year-old this week.

Investigators say it happened on December 20, 2010. They received calls of a man lying in the middle of the street on the 4000 block of North Drive. The victim, 21-year-old Joshua Ager, had been stabbed, and was unresponsive when police arrived.

Police say he was stabbed several times in the face, neck, shoulder and left arm.

The investigation revealed that 19-year-old Santana Ray Rael was responsible for the stabbing, which actually happened several miles away from where Ager was found, on the 1800 block of Jerry Murphy Road. Ager had apparently driven himself to North Drive before collapsing.

A half-million dollar 1st Degree Assault warrant has now been issued for Santana Ray Rael. He's described as Hispanic, approximately 5-feet-7-inches tall, 110 Lbs. with brown eyes and brown hair.

Santana wears his hair short and has a tattoo of “EASTSIDE” across the back of his head and “Leticia” on the right side of his neck. You can see a larger photo of Rael by clicking on the picture tab at the top of this story.

If you have any information Rael, you are urged to call Pueblo Crime Stoppers at 542-STOP (542-7867). Your information could earn you a cash reward.
