Police are investigating a stabbing in which seriously injured one man.
The victim was dropped off at Penrose Hospital Friday evening. His driver contacted police, but refused to give substantial information. Police were unable to locate the victim until the hospital notified them that a man with a stab wound was in surgery.
Police say there was enough information to link the stabbing victim to the original 911 call by the victim's driver.
At this time, police do not know what transpired leading up to the stabbing, and have no suspect information. An interview with the victim, a 30-year-old man, is forthcoming.
