Police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed a Colorado Springs hotel.

It's the second time this weekend that an armed suspect has been reported in a hotel.

The most recent incident took place just after 8 p.m. Sept. 7 at the Crossland Economy Studios on the 3400 block of Afternoon Circle on the south side of Colorado Springs.

Police say the man walked in the front door, pointed a gun at two clerks and demanded money. One clerk ran out a back door. The other, a woman, followed the suspects demands and got onto the ground.

The crook got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Earlier the same day, another man was arrested after entering a hotel lobby with a gun. You can read about that incident by clicking the link below.
