Two suspects robbed a local Springs restaurant at gunpoint late Wednesday night.

Police say that while no one was injured, the pair did get away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspects entered Captain D's on the 1200 block of Fillmore just after 10 p.m., flashed a gun at those inside and demanded cash. After receiving what they came for, the men took off. A K-9 search was fruitless.

Police describe the men as either white or Hispanic, both 6 feet tall with thin builds, wearing dark hoodies and baggy pants. They concealed their faces with either ski masks or bandanas.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 444-7000 or Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP.
