The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office has been on the lookout for a man believed to be linked to an armed robbery in Colorado City.
On Tuesday, detectives arrested 24-year-old Christopher Witte in connection with the crime.
The armed robbery happened at the Loaf-n-Jug convenience store in Colorado City on May 21, 2011.
Photos of the suspect quickly circulated throughout the city and the media, helping detectives identify and locate Witte.
He is currently being held at the Pueblo County Jail on a $75,000 bond for the following charge: 18-4-302 Aggravated Robbery F3.
