Four women say they have no idea why they were the target of gunshots into their apartment early Friday morning.

Police say they got word of gunfire at the Heritage Place Apartments just before 1 a.m. Two large bullets shot through the windows of one of the apartments and ended up in the ceiling. No one inside was injured.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP.

The Heritage Place Apartments are located near Palmer Park and North Murray.

Looks like a pattern of alot of careless shootings. It is scary to know these fools have guns and bullets. Too bad these punks don't have the mental capacity to show proper respect for the community and the guns they are misusing. Eventually they will be caught and will go to jail. Untli then you can be afraid or shoot back.

Part of the consequence of government interference, such as the minimum wage law. The market was telling these people to move to cheap rural areas and grow their own food and manage their own housing, but government wants them to infest cities, hence the problems we now face.

Alll i know is i moved in here and they are trying to make it better. But i am scared to no end now for the safety of myself, husband and kids. It seems pretty nice considering things ive heard about it. We dont have roaches or bed bugs. And the office is tryibg really hard to make it a nicer and safer place. I say this if u dont want trouble u dint make it or get mixed up with it.

That place is a freaking dump, with bedbugs, roaches and gangs. Am I surprised that someone there got shot at? No, but I am surprised that the health department has let that cr*phole remain.
