Pueblo police are searching for the suspect in a bank robbery at the US Bank location on North Elizabeth.

At about 5:45 p.m. Thursday the suspect reportedly handed a teller a note that said he was armed. The note demanded that cash be put into a plastic bag.

The robber had gauze in his nose, and his right eye was covered with a tan adhesive patch. He also had a band-aid below his left eye.

Police also said the man may have been in a nearby Starbucks earlier in the day. A man matching the robber's description was seen getting into a metallic orange Mazda. During the robbery he was wearing jeans, a tan jacket and a stocking cap.

He is approximately 40 to 45 years old and is about 6-foot-2.
