Boulder Police Sketch

Boulder police have released a sketch of the man they say approached three elementary school aged boys as they were getting off a school bus Monday.

The boys say the man grabbed one of them by the arm, but the boy was able to free himself and the boys ran away.

The man was wearing a yellow/blue/gray striped shirt, black pants and black athletic shoes. Updated vehicle information indicates that the suspect may be driving a green Jeep with a black top.

Police would like to speak to this man and find out why he was having a conversation with the children, and why he allegedly grabbed one of them.

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Ruth Christopher of the Boulder Police Department at 303-441-1850. Those who have information but wish to remain anonymous may contact the Northern Colorado Crime Stoppers at 1.800.222.TIPS (8477) or 1-800-444-3776.

Tips can also be submitted via the Northern Colorado Crime Stoppers website at www.crimeshurt.com. (a link is below) Those submitting tips through Crime Stoppers that lead to the arrest and filing of charges on a suspect may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000 from Crime Stoppers.
