Colorado Springs police are asking the public to keep an eye out for Justin Bowden. He is wanted on charges of attempted first-degree murder.
Officers say Bowden is armed and dangerous.
Police allege that Bowden shot two people on the southeast side of Colorado Springs in April of this year. The shooting took place at Benevidez Park near Fountain and Chelton.
A witness provided video to KKTV, which you can see by clicking play on the video above. In the video, you can see bystanders trying to keep the victims conscious until emergency medical care arrives.

Two other men have already been arrested in connection with the shooting. They are Trenton Porter and Frankie Craighead. Porter is charged with attempted first-degree murder and Craighead is charged with being an accessory after the fact.
