A house ransacked, a truck stolen--but it's what else the thieves got away with that has Springs police so concerned.
Glen Kapu says the thieves also got away with several guns and rounds of ammunition.
The break-in happened sometime between 7 and 11 Tuesday morning. When Kapu got home, he tells 11 News he was able to follow the suspects' steps through his house.
"They came out through the garage it looked like...tried to break into the gun cabinet first and couldn't. So they went and broke into my tool box...found my bolt cutters, and cut the lock and opened the cabinet."
Kapu's truck is described as a green 1995 Ford F-250. He says it has a custom fifth wheel tailgate on it, which he believes will make it easier to spot.
The break-in happened on North Anjelina Circle, near Chelton and Astrozon.
If you see his truck, you are asked to call police right away.
