Police Looking For Two More Suspects After Shots Fired

Colorado Springs police are searching for two more suspects after shots were fired near the 400 block of South Murray Boulevard. One man has already been arrested in the case.

Police say it happened around 1 a.m. Wednesday at the Camelot Apartments. Police say when the three suspects saw police, they took off running. One police officer found 19-year-old Jordan Cruz hiding under a tree in the nearby Memorial Gardens Cemetery after getting a tip from a witness on the suspect's location.

One victim says three men were walking southbound on Murray Boulevard when one of them started shooting at the victim.

Police arrested Cruz and charged him with accessory to a crime and attempted second degree murder.

Two cars that were parked at the Camelot apartments were also damaged by the shots fired.

Officers are still trying to identify and locate the other two suspects that were involved in this incident.

Police describe the suspects as two Hispanic males, approximately 5'6"- 5'10" tall in their late teens or early 20s.
