What did the people of Colorado Springs expect? I mean the media's announcement of the fact that the City of Colorado Springs would be losing 53 police officers was an open invitation to an increase in criminal activity. I have been in this city for 12 years now due to my husband's military assignment. I cannot wait for his last two years to be done so we can move the heck out of dodge. One more thing I might point out...isn't it amazing that the amount of money they said needed to be cut from the City's budget is the exact same amount that they are giving to USOC for free?!!!! Hmmmm.....interesting! I hope the police actually start doing their jobs.

We seem to be in the grip of an ongoing and major crime spree.
