Two families in Colorado Springs got a rude awakening when someone fired several rounds of bullets into their apartments.

Police say it happened at around 4:45 a.m. on Sunday on the 300 block of N. Murray Blvd. at the Hill Park Apartments.

Officers say the shots were fired from the parking lot where investigators found bullet casings. They say bullets flew through two different apartment units.

Fortunately, no one was hurt, however police say the bullets came within inches of striking some of the people inside the apartments.

I say we should just build a 100 foot tall brick wall around every apt complex on murray, so nobody can get out, and then they can all just kill each other!
