Police say same crook has hit another Walgreens drug store in Colorado Springs, and got away with cash.

The latest robbery happened Tuesday around 7:20 p.m. at the Walgreens located at 920 N. Circle Drive, on the south side of town.

Witnesses told police that the suspect, a white man in his twenties, approached the register and demanded money. The thief did not produce a weapon and did not make threats of having a weapon.

The man was wearing a light colored hoodie, black beenie cap, and blue jeans. The suspect description matches with the robberies at other Walgreen's Drug Stores recently. On Sunday, another Walgreens was robbed at 6011 Rangewood Drive, and then back on December 6, the Walgreens located on Flintridge Drive was also targeted. In each case, the white suspect got away with an unknown amount of cash.

If you have any information about these robberies, call Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP. Your anonymous tip could earn you a cash reward.

It this because the cashier stations are so close to the doors? What is it about Walgreens that appears to make it a favorite target?
